These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the dbjk platform and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing dbjk through the website, mobile version, or any other channel, or by creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

2.3 Account Security

Age Requirements
dbjk provides services to adults only. You must be 21 years of age or older to use this platform.
21+ If any underage person uses the dbjk platform, the account will be immediately cancelled and all deposited funds may be forfeited. A request to guardians — please use parental control software to prevent your children from accessing this site.
Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
4.4 Third-Party Payments
Transactions using any payment method not registered in the account holder's name are prohibited. If a deposit or withdrawal attempt via a third party is detected, the account may be subject to investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.
Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled. Full details about bonuses can be found in the specific terms of each promotion.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- A promotion cannot be claimed more than once.
- Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.
- dbjk reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
- If any misuse of promotional benefits is proven, the bonus will be forfeited.
- VIP members receive additional benefits according to their tier.
Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
All bets are considered valid only after they have been properly confirmed. In the case of incomplete bets due to a lost network connection or technical error, dbjk's system log will be treated as the final proof.
6.2 Erroneous Odds or Payouts
If abnormal odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, dbjk reserves the right to cancel those bets. Winnings arising from such errors are not required to be paid out.
6.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting outcomes depend on the official results of the relevant sporting body. If a match is cancelled or rescheduled, the bet-specific rules will apply.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbjk platform:
- Playing games or using software in a fraudulent or dishonest manner.
- Gaining advantages through multiple accounts in violation of bonus terms.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
- Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
- Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems.
- Creating an account by providing false or misleading information.
- Knowingly exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
If any of the above violations are detected, dbjk will investigate and may immediately close the account if necessary.
Account Closure & Suspension
8.1 Closure by dbjk
In the event of a breach of the Terms, dbjk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, the balance may be forfeited.
8.2 Voluntary Account Closure
You may request account closure at any time via live chat or email. It is advisable to complete any pending withdrawals before closing.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
A maintenance charge may be applied to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, in accordance with the applicable policy. Members will be notified in advance by email.
Limitation of Liability
dbjk provides its services on an "as is" basis. dbjk will not be liable in the following situations:
- Loss of internet connection or technical issues with the user's device.
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
- Losses resulting from a user sharing their account information with others.
- Unexpected server maintenance or emergency downtime.
- Disruptions caused by force majeure events.
In any dispute, the maximum liability is limited to the amount of the transaction in question.
Responsible Gaming
